Need to know

What all managers do

What, Why and How

What all managers do is "leading people" and "managing work". If you are not a CEO, you have to be very good at "managing work". What competencies do you need for that and How you can build them? Based on my personal experience here is what I suggest:

  1. What competencies do we need as managers and Why?

  2. How much knowledge do we need to be successful?

  3. What are the most valuable skills?

  4. What is the right way to develop any skill?

  5. Why habits are so important? (more important than knowledge and skills)

  6. What is common between food and knowledge today?
